The Feminine Embodiment Experience is the first two (women-only) days of the 3-day Art of Relating workshop

Many of us learned to stay strong, push through, or numb out. Over time, pieces of us went quiet—our emotions, our pleasure, our instincts.
These two days are an invitation to come home to the inner currents of sensation that have always been there… waiting to be felt again.

Returning to the Body
Through guided movement, breath, sound, and somatic practice, you’ll learn to listen deeply to the sensations that guide your truth.

Learn to communicate your pain responsibly, to interact with emotional depth and authenticity, and to repair the hurts and patterns that keep you stuck.
Pleasure, Energy & Desire
Reconnect with sensuality as genuine pleasure and sexual desire that live in your body beneath conditioning and control.

Practice remaining deeply connected to yourself while in connection with another, communicating honestly and openly without losing yourself.

LEE
Lee has a deep history with polarity and relational dynamics. She began studying with David Deida back in 2008, and is an experienced teacher for both men and women. As a practicing osteopath, she has a deep understanding of the impact of trauma in the body. She has collaborated with GS for 10 years. In person, participants quickly notice her playful sensuality, heart, and depth.
LISA
Lisa is a Communication Muse with a background in acting, embodied communication, and Integral coaching. She has studied polarity and embodied intimacy for over a decade, and her work blends somatic awareness, relational intelligence, and sacred sexuality. This is her 3rd workshop with GS. In person, participants quickly notice her radiant warmth, sensual presence, and the depth she invites.
