THE FEMININE EMBODIMENT EXPERIENCE

A 2-day journey into reconnecting with your body and Feminine core.
Are you a woman who is LONGING to feel more whole and connected to yourself, to have stronger relationships with the people in your life? The ability to feel your body and emotions are fundamental to this. For women, it requires a deep connection to your Feminine core, and intimate knowledge of your heart’s longings.
You were taught from a young age to objectify your body and live outside of yourself. This workshop is an opportunity to reclaim that connection. To discover and reclaim your sensations and feelings and to re-own parts of yourself that have been hidden, denied, frozen, or lost.
Through breathing exercises, movement, guided meditation and sound practices you will discover areas in your body, mind, spirit that have closed.
Through loving recognition, and honoring our ability to distance, numb and disassociate from pain, fear, overwhelm, isolation, sadness, and anger, we begin the transformational process.
Finding acceptance with the support of others is the pathway back to wholeness. As a group of women we will midwife each other to new places of feelings, aliveness in the body and the ability to express our feelings through our body. We will use embodiment, emotional process work, and ritual to release traumas held deep in our bodies and emotions.
In this workshop you will gain tools to keep your attention focused on yourself. Learn how to recognize patterns of co-dependency, putting our attention on changing or controlling others, and gently redirect back to you. Take responsibility for your emotions and be able to express them vulnerably. Discover more pleasure in your own body, and learn to live playfully, creatively, and sensually. And from that place, engage your partner more effectively and responsibly to build the intimacy for which you’ve been longing.

In this 2 day workshop, Lee and Jeni will immerse you in the principles and practices of Feminine embodiment. These two days will be a women-only experience.
Additionally, you can choose to join for a third day of co-ed practice in the dynamics of Masculine/Feminine Polarity.

LEE
Lee has a deep history with polarity and relational dynamics. She began studying with David Deida back in 2008, and is an experienced teacher for both men and women. As a practicing osteopath, she has a deep understanding of the impact of trauma in the body. She has collaborated with GS for 10 years. In person, participants quickly notice her playful sensuality, heart, and depth.
JENI
Jeni is an experienced practicitioner of Masculine/Feminine polarity. Having studied under John Wineland for 5 years, she now helps individual clients find their power and sensuality. Her work pulls from the deep tantric roots of sacred sexuality and alchemy to modern nervous system training and regulation techniques. This is her 5th workshop working with GS. In person, participants quickly notice her raw sensuality and depth.
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
The 2 day workshop will be Jan 31 and Feb 1, 9am-9pm both days.
The additional co-ed practice day will be Feb 2, 9am-9pm.
This event is being held in Sayulita Mexico (fly into Puerto Vallarta), and Sayulita is an easy 50 minute Uber ride ($40) away.
The 2-day workshop fee is $850. The fee for participating in all three days is $1,150
We will stay at the Hotelito Los Suenos, which is just a 4 minute walk to the beach. You will book rooms through us. Rooms are typically $110 to $150 USD per night (daily brunch included). This is separate from the workshop fee above. You will reserve and pay this through us.
